I went in looking for help finding a policy with low rates, Tameeka found a policy that was affordable for me. She was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice and information regarding driving records and at what point I'll see a decrease in prices of insurance rates not to mention shes hilarious and extremely personable. I would definitely recommend Tameeka and the team at acceptance insurance for any insurance needs.

I have to give this company a 5star based off my experience with Kim! First off anytime I have dealt with insurance agencies, It’s always just a business transaction, no one ever cares they give me a quote and that’s that! But when I say Kim went above & beyond to help find what’s best for me in my situation!! She did not know me at all & to be so sweet, caring, and most importantly professional showing the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE OVER THE PHONE! I will forever greatly appreciate & acceptance insurance will always have me as a customer as long as Kim will be my Rep! Thank you so much Kim & Thank you Acceptance for having her!!

I want to say that First acceptance helped me during a Trying time in my life. I had just lost my Father and I Needed new insurance. When I called my very first interaction with Kimberly Hopkins. To start she was an absolute spectacular representative. She genuinely cared about me and my concerns when I expressed to her what my life had been like for the past 30 days after we spoke it was like I could feel her hug through the phone. Kimberly with detailed, Understanding and resourceful. She answered every single question that I had. I love this location so much. I hope you guys know how lucky you are to have someone like Kim not only does her work speak for that but also how she treats people. It’s sucks to already live in a high insurance rate state but it isn’t so bad when the people are personable and I would much rather give my hard earned money away to people make me feel like I mean something.
